What is mario aburto?

Mario Aburto Martínez is a Mexican man who gained international attention for being the convicted murderer of Luis Donaldo Colosio, a Mexican politician who was running for President of Mexico at the time of his assassination in 1994. Aburto was a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and worked as a mechanic in Tijuana before carrying out the assassination.
